Mullalong 13/2/23

Due to the SE wind near the campsite four of us decided to head across the point to Mullalong beach where the wind should be in a kinder direction. We took the rocky track across there (about 5km) and stood at the top of the hill looking down on the beautiful beach, full of hope.Continue reading “Mullalong 13/2/23”

A S/E wind and Seasick Bay 12/2/23

We were the last up by a mile again, but the others don’t seem to hold it against us and there certainly seems to be no frantic hurry to get out there. Other Stuff at Yarrawonga 9-13/10/22

It is land set aside as a nature reserve and has a lovely path to follow with some great views. The area was used as market garden, pig farm and pastoral farm forContinue reading “Chinaman’s Island Walk – 7/10/22”

Walks near Kyneton 4/10/22

After a late start we headed out to take a look at a couple of parks near our current home base. Bald Hills Reserve Bald Hill Reserve is only a few km the other side of Kyneton from us. There isn’t much information about the place and we couldn’t access any map on the webContinue reading “Walks near Kyneton 4/10/22”
